As a top-rated chiropractic office along the central coast, Pierce Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center is proud to educate and adjust the community of Santa Maria and surrounding areas toward optimal health.
The natural state of the human body is to be healthy, which means illness, discomfort and disease are dysfunctions. That's why we believe that every person who wants to be healthy should have their nervous system checked by a chiropractor.
At our practice, we consider the whole health of our patients as well as their lifestyles to reveal underlying causes of discomfort and debilitation. We help our patients maintain growth mindsets to achieve better health, full functionality and optimal performance. And we truly believe that patients and families under our care live healthier, safer lives.
Growing up as the son of Dr. Bill Pierce, Dr. Beau has been accustom to seeing and experiencing the wonders of chiropractic care. It wasn’t long into his collegiate career before Dr. Beau decided to become a chiropractor himself and help others live their lives in alignment.
A former pro football player and triathlete, Dr. Beau started his chiropractic school quest at San Jose State while playing QB for the Spartans football team. After graduation, and a stint in the pro ranks, he decided to attend the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic West (considered the Harvard of chiropractic colleges). He excelled in school and has taken many post graduate level studies in sports care and rehabilitation.
Coming back to Santa Maria, he started his practice alongside his growing family. He has two beautiful children with his wife Shawna, and looks forward to helping all active families across the central coast.
A former high school teacher and coach, Dr. Bill Pierce “found” chiropractic when his wife was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident and achieved incredible results through chiropractic care. Intrigued by her recovery and the magnificence of the body’s restorative capabilities, a lifelong passion for natural healing ensued. That was some 40 years ago, and for the past 38 years, Dr. Bill has dedicated his life to serving, caring for and loving his patients.
Beyond being a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Pierce has also completed additional professional studies and is a fully Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist. He has spent years assisting amateur and professional athletes in maximizing their competitive capabilities. And has also built and maintained a private practice full of motivated health conscious people from all walks of life.
He is the father to Dr. Beau Pierce and has been married to his high school sweetheart, Becky, for the past 48 years. When not in the office, he enjoys playing saxophone, golf, traveling, and hanging out with his grandchildren.
Dr. Jordan is originally from San Diego California, he moved to the central coast in 2011 while attending Cal Poly on a football scholarship. He played wide receiver for the Mustangs from 2011-2016 while also earning a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science.
After finishing school at Cal Poly he moved to Dallas, Texas with his wife in order to attend Parker University where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic and graduated at the top of his class as the Salutatorian. While at Parker University, Dr. Jordan was actively engaged in the sports chiropractic community and spent time working with and treating athletes on the Dallas Renegades XFL team and Dallas Wings WNBA team.
When not adjusting patients he enjoys spending time at home with his wife Madi and daughter Nola.
Dr. Brian’s practice is focused on helping active families on the central coast. He has advanced specialized training in pregnancy and pediatric care with the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association.
Prior to becoming a chiropractor, he completed his undergrad in Forestry and Natural Resources from Cal Poly and earned the prestigious Eagle Scout and Venturing Ranger Rank with the Boy Scouts of America.
He spends his off time riding mountain bikes, his motorcycle, and venturing throughout the central coast with his wife, Dr. Samantha, and their son, Teddy.
Dr. Samantha Curtis is originally from South Carolina and moved to the central coast in 2009. She and her husband, Dr. Brian Curtis, studied at Life Chiropractic College West and focused on pregnancy and pediatrics.
In August 2018, Dr. Sam and Dr. Brian welcomed a baby boy named Teddy.
Dr. Sam’s goal is to provide information to families so that they can have empowered, research-based births. And to help those families reach their fullest potential through chiropractic care.
